Service Availability

The Rent a Nerd service is offered 24 hours a day seven days a week. However, other appointments and traveling may result in preferred appointment times being unavailable. If the requested date and time is unavailable we will offer a date and time closest to that of your booking that we are available.

Guaranteed Service

All work carried out by us carries a 21 day (3 week) guarantee, should you experience the same issue within this time, it will be fixed for free.

Discounted Rates

We offer a 25% discount for first time customers and registered charities, we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time with out prior notice.

Payments

All payments are to be made in cash or a personal cheque, we do not accept credit or debit cards.
